The location was lovely interested in anything besides a quick free hike. Further, it was close to 2 hikes with Rick the naturalist, also the walk around the lake, and different areas of the property.

Great variety of activities .
The lack of outlets in the room was ridiculous. We had to unplug lamps just to charge our phones! Not only that, but the dining prices are absurd for the quality of food served. Honestly, it was like a serious downgrade overall. Rooms are smelling musty and showing wear. Plus, the slow service at the Lakeview was beyond frustrating.

The lodge offers a great variety of activities. The room was cozy, and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the really good service at the Taproom, where the staff was attentive. There's also a good Friday reception to kick off the weekend. It's a charming place just a short walk from the Taproom.
